The building, known as the home of Zarifi in Agios Lavrentios, is built in the early 18th century.
It is one of the only remaining of this typology: stone fortress with battlements, three-room wooden outer roof.
The building has three levels, ground floor, mezzanine and upper floor accessed by a large frontal outer roof.
The roof is simple hipped, single on top, the stone core and the outer roof.
The entrance of the house is large and arched for passing buckets and barrels for the needs of winter.
